Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How do I get started with HoboPickle?

    Tap Get Started, enter your phone number, verify with the SMS code, select your organization, and complete onboarding (name, optional photo, notifications).

  2. I didn’t receive my verification code. What should I do?

    Wait for the resend timer, confirm your phone number is correct, then request a new code. If SMS is blocked on your device or carrier, try again after restarting your phone.

  3. How do I edit my profile?

    Go to Profile to update your display name, profile photo, and settings.

  4. How do I switch organizations?

    Go to Profile and use the organization switch option to change to another eligible organization.

  5. How do I delete my account?

    Go to Profile and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
  • Log out and log back in.
  • Restart your device.
  • Reinstall the app if the issue continues.
